About the public power

I'm taking a course about the public power and the Peruvian constitution and it is awesome to know that all poor, rich, polymath, ignorant, women, men ... people is the center of a State. Clearly the Peruvian Parlament mentions:  "The Constituent Power is the faculty by which the people, being titular of the sovereignty, decides to institute a constitutional order, giving for the first time a Constitution or reforming it". So how it is possible to allow the pseudo politicians destroy our development and becoming to hill of corruption. In Perù we live many scandals and it is involved three presidents: "Alejandro Toledo, Alan Garcìa, Ollanta Humala" caused by the ilegal alliances among Odebrecht in each government period of those presidents.It is the responsibility for the peruvian people to stand up and fight for preserve the justice .
